Importance of Girls in an Organization

God is omnipresent but unfortunately beautiful girls are not. There is a reason behind this. God wants His men to remember Him every time a man looks at a girl. “Oh my God! How she can be like this?” a man says every time he faces a girl of any sort. Women play an important role in all the spheres of this world especially in software industry dominated by soft ladies and hardware industry dominated by hard males. The importance of woman in personal life is a banal statement and does not need any explanation. But importance of “girls” in an organization has increased manifold in the current scenario in both the industries. All ongoing organizational research programs have shifted their attention towards female and their uncanny behaviors, which have a significant impact on the work environment in an organization.

A survey was conducted by one of the country’s leading agency on the various factors affecting the work efficiency of a woman. The survey results showed that those women who had sex the previous night perform better than those who are planning for the same the next night. But not all women accede with the survey results. Some believe that they are able to perform better and prefer giving 100% to their work to giving their 100% to somebody else in the night. Moreover, the increase in efficiency was found to be higher in case of sex with a colleague than sex with husband. This increase was almost 69% higher. “What can be more fascinating than feeling those fingers very close to you which were disturbing you the whole day while he was documenting” said a woman in late 20’s.

The tastes and preferences of the workingwomen are also heading towards a gradual shift as more and more women are looking for inner satisfaction either while on work sitting on their chair or in bed. “I don’t feel any difference in wock (work she mean) and cock, at the end of the day what matters is if they give you complete inner satisifaction or not” says an employee from Brazil, working with an Indian organization for the same reasons.

The survey made one point very clear that those women who perform sincerely and diligently with their full efforts had sex either the last night or have plans for sex in the coming night.

The presence of women in an organization has more advantages than disadvantages. The presence of girls at work place gives “feel good” factor although every girl has a boyfriend or boyfriends of her own and she may like to even look at you, forget about dating her in reality. Yes, you can take her for dating but in dreams only. Results have shown that this leads to a tremendous increase in the imaginative power and creativity of all the employees. The rate of increase was found to be more in case of married male than in batchalors. A survey was done in which on a particular day a few beautiful models were hired by an organization. And after one week wives of all the male employees were interviewed. Almost 98% wives observed a change in the attitude of their husbands during sex and 70% of them said that they feel more satisfied now. Although most of the women innocently complained that their husband feels more shy now and during sex either their husband close their eyes or they use a piece of cloth to prevent any eye contact. When husbands were inquired about the reason for this type of behavior every body was alluding towards “Cover the face………base” principle.

It has been found that complains about no work in an organization have reduced drastically with the recruitment of beautiful girls. In case of no work, all batchalors get busy in either thinking, staring or searching on different floors for so called “unke wali” .A Search on different floors increases inter-department interaction among employees and at the same time people get to know about various tastes and preferences of their colleagues in the company. But sometimes this search leads to confrontation between employees when “unke wali” happens to be the same girl. Although such situation rarely occurs, but it can become a serious issue when one of the person involved is a senior executive of the company. “But such issues can be tackled easily by increasing the quality of the female employees in the organization” asserts PR manager of the firm.

Their fascination for “unke wali” puts an organization in a vantage position as it inculcates some humanly traits in their male employees like they are more punctual now than before. “God has given me this life as a gift and I want to spend each and every moment of my office life looking at her,” said an employee. When asked why didn’t he express his true feelings to her, he told that he was still waiting for the response of his other crush outside office. But he is confident that one day he willdefinitely get one of his true loves. “God can’t that be that cruel”, he believes.

Most of the employees have adjusted their lunch timing just to match it with most of the female employees. “We are noticing a increase in a sense of unity among the employees with this behavior,” comments an HR executive. Catering agencies also agree to this viewpoint. “On Monday our sales are generally low and in food courts we see only those people who are in their 50’s”. But this unity sometimes hampers with the effective management of the food courts. Many times the food court is either jam-packed or no employee comes for lunch.
