New HR Policies
Revised CTC Structure of Employees.
The following is the revised CTC structure of our company and has been approved by the Management.we are proud of being proactive in this approach and we hope after getting approval from the Govt. Of India this structure will become a Law in the Corporate World.
Internet Charges Contribution
Due to a drastic increase in the number of employees in our company, the quality of the Internet facility has decreased with time.Due to the slow internet speed employees have to spend more time for the same work and stay late in the office. This also affect their family life. To ensure a world class facility to all our employees and with your support and contribution an amount of “ A” will be deducted from the Salary of each employee. This will be in effect from today itself to ensure delivery of the results at the earliest.
Heat Realization
Now a day global warming has become an issue. To protect our employees from its effect AC facility has been provided. Research has proved that under such cold conditions employees become lethargic which results in the loss of productivity.But we need to also protect our infrastructure. Just to make you feel the internal heat all the time
an amount of “ B” will be deducted as “Heat Realization Deduction” and will be Tax free.This will help us to keep your productivity high.
Coffee Cut
Health is Wealth. The Importance of Health as an issue can not be denied. And for the past few years after an extensive research program it has been proved that the excess amount of nicotine is harmful to health and results in the decrease in the productivity.Its excess consumption leads to insomnia and affects family life. Moreover it acts as an addiction and person is bound to surrender.But here in our company we are there to help you. To discourage this practice the management has proposed a deduction of amount “ C” for all the employees and an additional amount of “ D” for the employees who are seen in the Radius of 10 meters of the machine.
Final Amount=C+D*No. of times seen.
Non Working Hours Deduction
Time is Money.No Doubt about it. But very few employees realize this. And when the time passes away they realize its Importance.Before this happen to our employees, the Management has come up with the proposal of the “ Non Working Hours Deduction”. An Amount of “ E” will be deducted for every hour wasted. The definition of “ Non Working Hours” has been approved by the Ministry of the Employee and Mentioned in Corporate lawlessness clause.
PS: In refreshing area each minute spent will be considered as equivalent to one hour. ( cont……)
Non Working Hours Definition.
• When an employee is seen standing without a company file or any other document in his /her in front of his/her PC.
• Employee talking on the phone or mobile or any other device of communication.
• While sitting on PC looking looking anywhere except his/her PC.
• Two employees sitting together without a table and few documents between them.
• Employee sighted near refreshing area, coffee machine area. and smoking area.
• Having Lunch in the allotted lunch break.
• Weekends when you are not at your home.
Floor Space Consideration
For last few days incidences of encroachment of the others workspace has increased and as a result the milieu of office becomes unfriendly. Oh come on you can not work in such environment. To solve this problem all you have to do is define your workspace area multiply it by the land rates of your city.The amount will be finally deducted from your employee provident fund. We do not want to load you with so many deductions at a time.The management cares for you and your family. To boost your morale you can consider that land as yours during your reprieve in the office. The land will not be considered as your property. All rights are reserved with the company.
Environmental Concern Deductions
Trees are our best friends.But many companies do not recognize this.But here we makes a difference.Lets care for the trees.But as an human tendency people says who cares. Don’t worry an additional deduction of amount of “ F” for all the stationary and prints will solve this problem in no time.
The biggest Problem
The biggest problem which the industry is facing now a day is distraction of mind from the work due to female colleagues who spends a significant amount of their money for their maintenance. This has been proved to be a significant factor responsible for the loss of productivity. This leads to the problem from both the ends.To solve this problem and to discourage this practice an amount of five times multiplied by the amount spent on the maintenance will be deducted from the salaries of female employees.The amount spent on the maintenance will be estimated based on the feedback from the male employee.
No Discrimination
Humans are humans.Even after this deduction we believe that still few ladies will not give up to maintain themselves to their level best.Of course who don’t want to hear complements. To avoid any discrimination in the salary deduction, reciprocal of the amount ( same as deducted from the female employees ) will be deducted from the male employees. But on the salary slip it will be reflected as “ Entertainment Deduction”
Net Income.
Based on the above simple calculations calculate your Net Taxable Income( NTI). Those who got positive NTI looking forward to meet them for healthy future relations. But those who got negative NTI, they can calculate their stint in the office by dividing their balance in the bank with the –ve monthly salary.( Don’t rush to internet or bank.
